Submitted by: Barbara Horn 03 June 2004 ************************************************************************ Barron County News Shield, Barron, WI Thurs 8 Apr 1937 page 5 col 6 Mrs Inger Anderson died April 1, 1937, at her home at Dallas at the age of 70 years, eight months and 15 days. She was born in Valdres, Norway, July 15, 1866 and at the age of 15 emigrated with her parents to America. At the age of 17 years she was married to Andrew Amundson of Maple Grove, who died some years ago. To this union 13 children were born, two of whom died in infancy, and one son who died two years ago in Cable. She is survived by the following children: Christ, Alfred, Norman and William of Dallas; Inga (Mrs Conrad Smith) and Emma (Mrs Hans K Hanson) both of Dallas; Nora (Mrs A O Wisti) of Minneapolis, and Elmer, Emil and Engman of Cable. There are several grandchildren and six great grandchildren, five brothers and one sister.
