Bazewicz, 76, of Rice Lake who died Tuesday at Lakeview Medical Center in Rice Lake. Rev. Eugene Teofilo will officiate and burial will follow in St. Joseph's Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4-9 p.m. on Thursday and 9-10 a.m. on Friday at Appleyard's Home for Funerals, where there will be a wake service at 8 p.m. and Moose Memorial at 9 p.m. on Thursday. Mr. Bazewicz was born Dec. 18, 1912 in Lehigh, where he farmed for many years. He was also employed as a contractor for REA for 30 years. Mr. Bazewicz has lived in Rice Lake for the past 17 years, and had been active in the Rice Lake Senior Citizen Center and the Loyal Order of the Moose. He is survived by his wife, Kelly of Rice Lake; three sons, Richard of California, Bob of Rice Lake, and Gary of Cumberland; two daughters, Christine Brodigan of Denver, Colo., and Deborah Davis of New York, N.Y.; two stepdaughters, Dona Miller of St. Cloud, Minn., and Darlene Schneider of Janesville; 11 grandchildren; and by two brothers, Joseph of Minnesota and Harry of Illinois."
