Submitted by: Kent Robarge 03 August 2007 ************************************************************************ Obituary of Exelia (Crotteau) Boury in Wed., Sept. 26, 1962 Rice Lake Chronotype (Rice Lake, Barron Co., WI) Mrs. Exilia Boury, 78, Dobie Pioneer, Dies Funeral services were held Saturday morning from St. Joseph's church here for Mrs. Exilia Boury, 78, member of a pioneer family in the Dobie area, who died last Wednesday evening at a local hospital. Rev. Arthur Weber officiated and burial was made in Our Lady of Lourdes cemetery in Dobie. Mrs. Boury, the former Exilia Crotteau, was born in the town of Rice Lake Oct. 22, 1883. She is survived by her husband, Prosper: a son, lmer of Rice Lake: four daughters, Mrs.. Mabel Huerth of Rockford, Ill., Mrs. Laraine Petrin of Englewood, Ill., and Mrs. Ione Beresford of Milwaukee and Mrs. Armella Holcomb of St. Paul; 12 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren and by two brothers, Frank and Pete Crotteau of Canton.
