Submitted by: Kent Robarge 03 August 2007 ************************************************************************ Obituary of Olivine (Lavalier)[Forrest] Boury in Wed., Sept. 6, 1961 Rice Lake Chronotype (Rice Lake, Barron Co., WI) Mrs. Oliven Boury Buried Monday Funeral services were held Monday morning for Mrs. Oliven Boury, 73, life long resident of Rice Lake who died at a local hospital Friday following a lengthy illness. Rev. Arthur Weber said the funeral mass at St. Joseph's Catholic church and burial was made in the church cemetery. Mrs. Boury was born Feb. 21, 1888 in the town of Rice Lake. She was married in 1911 to Ed Forrest and following his death in 1921 married Alex Boury in 1925. She was a member of St. Joseph's church and the Rice Lake V.F.W. auxiliary. Survivors include her husband Alex; one son, Lester Forrest of Milwaukee; two daughters, Mrs. Charles Drew of St. Paul and Mrs. A.R. Nichols of San Francisco; two sisters, Mrs. Lester Green of Rice Lake and Mrs. William Carroll of St. Paul; one brother, Edward Lavaliere of Rice Lake and six grandchildren.
