Submitted by: Kent Robarge 03 August 2007 ************************************************************************ Obituary of Harvey Crotteau in Wed., July 2, 1969 Rice Lake Chronotype (Rice Lake, Barron Co., WI) Harvey Crotteau, Carpenter, Dies Suddenly Friday Funeral services were held Tuesday morning from St. Joseph's Catholic church fro Harvey H. Crotteau, 55, former carpenter, who died suddenly Friday evening at his home at Rt. 4, Rice Lake. Rev. James Debruzzi officiated and burial was made in the church cemetery. He was born Sept. 4, 1913 in Rice Lake, and married to Irene Lusson March 4, 1935. He is survived by his wife; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Crotteau; two sons, Gene and Al, both of Rice Lake, and three daughters, Mrs. Rita Richter of North Hollywood, Calif.; Mrs. Eileen Bishop of Bettendorf, Iowa, and Mrs. Rosalie Boland of Shell Lake, and 12 grandchildren. There are six sisters, Mrs. Georgiana McGrath of New Hampton, Iowa, Mrs. Mary Jane Garvey of Waupaca, Miss Edna Crotteau of Anaheim, Calif. and Mrs. Lucille Saffert, Mrs. Bernice Saffert and Mrs. Cecelia Heldstab of Rice Lake. In addition there are five brothers, Lloyd, Ray and Bob of Rice Lake, Norman of Casper, Wyo., and Henry, jr., of New Brighton, Minn.
