Demers) From Rice Lake Chronotype, Wed. March 20, 1957 HL: Beatrice DeMars Dies Unexpectedly "Mrs. Beatrice DeMars, 55, of 26 W. Newton st. died unexpectedly Thursday night. Funeral services were held Monday afternoon in the Methodist church, with Rev. Virgil W. Nulton officiating and burial was in Nora cemetery. Mrs. DeMars, was born May 18, 1901 in Rice Lake and had spent her entire life here. Her husband, Louis J. DeMars died in 1955. She is survived by a son, Ben of Rice Lake; two sisters, Mrs. Angie Bradseth and Ivy Lewis of Rice Lake; two brothers, George Oliver of Wausau and Roland Oliver of Rice Lake; and 2 grandchildren."
