Derousseau in Aug. 22, 1923 Rice Lake Chronotype (Rice Lake, Barron Co., WI) JOSEPH F. DEROUSSEAU Joseph F. Derousseau was born in Upper Canada March 25, 1877, and was therefore 46 years of age at the time of his death, which occurred in this city August 18 from appendicitis, and operation failing to bring relief. The funeral services were held at the Dobie Catholic church Monday morning at 9:30 o'clock, the Rev. Edmond Savageau officiating at requiem mass. Deceased was a member of the Mystic Workers. Mr. Derousseau lived here until about five years ago when he moved to Sarona. There survive besides the wife the following children: Mrs. Frank Roth of Hibbing, Minn., Donat, Agnes, Margaret, Adolph, Julian and Helen of Sarona. Also the following brothers and sisters: Mrs. Jess Thibert, Mrs. Ed Beaudoin, Mrs. Antone King, Mrs. Jeffrey Roux, Mrs. Frank Secore and Med Derousseau of Rice Lake; Philip Derousseau of Tacoma, Wash.; and Cyrile and Dominic Derousseau of Alberta, Canada. The father and mother, two sisters and a brother preceded him in death. Mr. Derousseau had many friends in Rice Lake who join in extending sympathy to the sorrowing relatives.
