Submitted by: Kent Robarge 03 August 2007 ************************************************************************ Obituary of Philomene (Lavalier) Derouso (sic) in Wed., Nov. 22, 1933 Rice Lake Chronotype (Rice Lake, Barron Co., WI) Mrs. Cyril Derouso (sic) Mrs. Cyril Derouso, 51, of Route 5-B, all her life a resident of this community, died at Lakeside hospital Thursday evening following a week's illness with pneumonia. She and her husband were planning to celebrate their 32nd wedding anniversary Sunday. Mrs. Derouso was born near this city June 2, 1882, grew up in the community and attended school here. Nov. 19, 2001, she was united in marriage and the couple moved to the present home southeast of Campia. Four children were born to Mr. and Mrs. Derouso and the husband and all the children survive, being two sons, Wesley and Maylen, at home, and two daughters, Lila, at home, and Verna (Mrs. John Zieroth) of Route 1. Two grandchildren, five sisters and one brother also survive. Funeral services were held Monday morning from Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic church at Dobie with Rev. M. A. Schans officiating, and interment was in the Dobie cemetery.
