Forrest (husband of Anna Robarge) Anacortes American Thursday, January 2, 1969 (Anacortes, Skagit County, WA) "Alfred E. Forrest, 72, died Dec 22 [1968] at Island Hospital. He was a resident of 908 3rd St. here. He was born Feb 20 [1896] at Rice Lake, Wisconsin and was a resident of Anacortes for the past 39 years. Mr. Forrest was a retired mill worker and veteran of WWI. Rosary was conducted December 26 at Bryson Chapel and Requiem Mass was said at 10 a.m. Friday in St. Mary's Catholic Church with the Rev. Paul Auer, celebrant. Survivors include his wife, Anna; two sisters Mrs. Zil Greene and Mrs. Nettie Bergeron and one brother, William Forrest, all of Snohomish."
