She was born Sept. 13, 1889 in the town of Maple Grove and lived in the Dallas community most of her life. She was married Nov 29, 1911 to Edwin Halverson in the town of Maple Grove. Surviving are three sons, Phillip of Minneapolis and James and Vernon of Dallas; two daughters, Murial, Mrs Elmer Olson of Hillsdale and Leonie, Mrs Donald Cottrell of Los Angeles, Calif.; 14 grandchildren; three brothers, Oscar Severude of Hillsdale, Albin of Dallas and Clifford of Minneapolis, and four sisters, Mrs Nora Smithrude of Stockton, Calif., Anna, Mrs Milton Raberg of Minneapolis, Matilda, Mrs James Cardiso of Dallas and Ella, Mrs Charles Peterson of Rice Lake. She was preceded in death by her husband; a daughter, Anita; two sons, Alton and Alden; three brothers and three sisters. Funeral services will be held Friday, Dec 1, at 2 pm at the Hillsdale Gospel Tabernacle, wtih Rev James Cardiss officiating.
