Submitted by: Kent Robarge 03 August 2007 ************************************************************************ Obituary of Leah (Boury) King in Wed., Dec. 1, 1954 Rice Lake Chronotype (Rice Lake, Barron Co., WI) Mrs. Richard King Mrs. Richard King, 74, a lifelong resident of the Rice Lake area, died Tuesday morning at her home on Rt. 1, after a long illness. Funeral services will be held at 9:30 Thursday morning from Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic church at Dobie, with Rev. John Kauer officiating, and burial will be made in the church cemetery. Rosary services are planned fro 7:15 and 8:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Schneider-Mason funeral chapel in Rice Lake. Mrs. King, the daughter of Louis and Ezaida Boury, was born in the town of Doyle on March 4, 1880, and had spent all her life in that area. Survivors include her husband, a son, Laurence, of Rt. 1; a daughter, Mrs. Pearl Robarge of Rice Lake; three sisters, Mrs. Louis Crotteau of Rice Lake and Mrs. William Roux and Mrs. Clarence Johnson of Minneapolis, and four brothers, Prosper and Alex of Rice Lake, Fred of Manitowoc and Eugene of Canton.
