Submitted by: Kent Robarge 03 August 2007 ************************************************************************ Obituary of Exilda (Crotteau) King in Wed., Dec. 28, 1966 Rice Lake Chronotype (Rice Lake, Barron Co., WI) Rites Set Thursday For Mrs. King, 87 Funeral services are scheduled at 10 a.m. Thursday from St. Joseph's Catholic church here for Mrs. Exilda King, 87, of Rt. 1, Canton who died Christmas Day. Rev. Irving Meyett will officiate and burial will be in the church cemetery. Friends may call at the Mason Funeral chapel this evening and a rosary will be recited there at 8 o'clock. Mrs. King was born in Canada Nov. 27, 1879 but had lived for many years in this area. She is survived by three sons, Paul, Jim and Delore, all of Canton; four daughters, Mrs. Josephine Rogers of Rice Lake, Mrs. Delphine Severson of Cumberland, and Mrs. Irene Robarge and Miss Oliva King of Canton; 13 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren and by a sister, Mrs. Rose Forest and a brother, Med Crotteau, both in Canada.
