"Dee" (Mireau) Kopf in July 18, 1990 Rice Lake Chronotype (Rice Lake, Barron Co., WI) Dolores A. "Dee" Kopf Funeral services were May 25 at Oak Lawn, Ill., for Dolores A. "Dee" Kopf, 79, formerly of Rice Lake, who died May 22 at Christ Community Hospital in Oak Lawn, Ill. Burial was at Mr. Vernon Cemetery, Lemont, Ill. The former Dolores Mireau was born Feb. 12, 1911 at Rice Lake, and graduated from Rice Lake High School in 1928 and from River Falls State Teacher's College in 1930. She was a telephone operator for the Barron County Telephone Co. for 3 years. She married Kenneth Kopf on July 23, 1935 in Chicago, Ill., and worked for the Oak Lawn Public Library from 1946-1976. From 1952 until her retirement, she served as head librarian. She remained active in The Friends of the Oak Lawn Library and the Brandt Action-Aires Senior Citizens Group. Mrs. Kopf is survived by her husband, Kenneth, of Oak Lawn, Ill.; a son, Bruce, of Grosse Pointe Shores, Mich.; and by two grandchildren.
