Submitted by: Kent Robarge 03 August 2007 ************************************************************************ Obituary of Adolph Le Forte in Nov. 10, 1921 Rice Lake Chronotype (Rice Lake, Barron Co., WI) ADOLPH LA FORTE Adolph La Forte died last week Wednesday at the home of his sister, Mrs. Therrien, from cancer on the neck. He was eighty years of age, one of the pioneers of this section and had been blind for several years. A wife and eight children preceded him in death. Besides the sister with whom he made his home, he is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Le Claire (sic) of St. Paul. Funeral services were held last Friday from St. Joseph church and interment was made at Dobie by side of the graves of his wife and children.
