Submitted by: Gale Kurschner 07 February 2005 ************************************************************************ Source unknown MILLER--August Miller was born July 1, 1869 at Rengers-Hausen, Frankenburg, electorate of Hessia and died, Sept 19, 1915, at Prairie Farm, Wis. His death came after 4 days of great suffering from accidental injuries. Brother Miller came to this country with his parents in 1882. In 1895, he was married to Anna Roemhild. Five sons were born to them; one of whom preceded him in death. Brother Miller was converted in 1884 under the labor of the Rev. David Schneider. He then united with the Evangelical Association and remained loyal to God and the Church until his death. His genial disposition and faithfulness in the performance of his duties won the respect of all who knew him.
