Olson, 76, of Northland Care Center in Rice Lake, formerly of Riverside Arms in the city. She died Tuesday morning at the care center after a lengthy illness. Rev. Roderick Anderson will officiate and burial will be in Our Savior's cemetery at Campia. Mrs. Olson was born Aug. 7, 1902 in Rice Lake. She lived in the Birchwood area for many years. Her husband, Lewland, died in 1969. She was also preceded in death by two sons. Mrs. Olson is survived by four sons, Lewland, Jr. of Chilton, Wis., Jack and Gary of Janesville and Gene of Apple Valley, Minn.; five daughters, Joyce Holmstrom of Cameron, Beverly Winterrowds and Shirley Klossner of Janesville and Marilyn Hill and Donna Robotka of Birchwood and by 26 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Visitation will be this Thursday afternoon and evening at Appleyard's Home for Funerals in Rice Lake and at the church for one hour prior to services."
