Submitted by: Kent Robarge 28 September 2003 ************************************************************************ Obituary of Carl Penzkover in July 30, 2003 Rice Lake Chronotype (Rice Lake, Barron County, WI) Carl Penzkover May 23, 1912-July 27, 2003 Carl Penzkover, 91, of Rice Lake died July 27 at Heritage Manor in Rice Lake. A Mass of Christian burial is Friday at 10:30 a.m. at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church at Dobie, with the Revs. David Oberts, Dan Dahlberg, Dave Lusson and Gerard Willger concelebrating and interment at the church cemetery. Visitation is Thursday from 4-8 p.m., with a 7:30 p.m. wake service, a 7:45 p.m. Knights of Columbus service and an 8 p.m. Moose service at Appleyard's Home for Funerals in Rice Lake and Friday at the church for 1 hour before the service. >From In Memoriam card from funeral service Carl D. Preceded in death by wife, Vernice in May 2002; parents, Julius & Blanche Penzkover; a brother, Denzel and 2 sisters, Marianne and Electa.
