Obituary of Bertha M. (Krug) Raawe in March 26, 1986 Rice Lake Chronotype (Rice Lake, Barron Co., WI)

Bertha M. Raawe

  Funeral services were held Tuesday at First Lutheran Church in Rice Lake for Bertha Raawe, 87, of Cameron, who died Saturday at Lakeview Medical Center in Rice Lake.  Rev. DAvid Last officiated the services and burial was made in Meadow Creek Cemetery in the Township of Stanley.
  The former Bertha Krug was born April 25, 1898 at Water Valley, Miss.  As a young girl, shemoved with her family to Dixon, Ill., and they moved again in 1913 to a farm in the Township of Stanley.  On Dec. 18, 1919, she married Herman Raawe and they farmed in the Township of Stanley.  He died in January 1985.
  She is survived by two daughters, Irene Raawe of Wauwatosa and Dorothy Raawe of Franklin; and one son, Alfred of Cameron.
