Memorial services were Nov. 7 at Evangelical Free Church in Freemont, Calif. Burial was at the Chapel of the Chimes Cemetery in Hayward, Calif. Mr. Robarge was born April 23, 1928 in Rice Lake to Lea and Edward Robarge. He attended rural schools in Barron County and was a 1945 graduate of Rice Lake High School. He enlisted in the Air Force Cadets in 1946. In 1948 he entered the Air Force and was discharged in 1952. He married Lillie Dooley in 1961. He was employed by the S.W. Pacific Railroad. He then worked for C.H. Bull Hydraulic of So. San Francisco until he retired in 1986. He is survived by his wife, Lillie; six stepchildren; 36 stepgrandchildren; six stepgreat-grandchildren; one brother, Donal of Hayward, Calif.; and three sisters, Madalene Sinclair and Marcella Rieper, both of Rice Lake, and Marion Nelson of Beloit."
