Submitted by: Kent Robarge 03 August 2007 ************************************************************************ Obituary of Merlin Robarge in Wed, Jul 16, 1969 Rice Lake Chronotype (Rice Lake, Barron County, WI) Merlin Robarge, Leukemia Victim, Buried Saturday Funeral services were held Saturday from St. Peter's Catholic church in Cameron for Merlin Robarge, 24, of Rt. 1, Cameron, who died last Wednesday at a local hospital. He had been ill for some time with leukemia. Rev. Albert Verdigan officiated and burial was made in St. Joseph's cemetery at Rice Lake. Mr. Robarge was born at Canton, May 18, 1945 and had lived his entire life in this area. He was married at Strickland Sept. 12, 1964 to Cheryl Thompson and had been employed at Baribeau Implement here. He is survived by his wife; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Bradley Robarge of Canton; two daughters, Debra and Susan; his grandfather, Adolph Robarge of Rice Lake and by a sister, Mrs. Geraldine Schoenecker of Cameron and two brothers, Vernon of Cameron and Larry of Canton.
