Robarge/Roberge and Madeline Denoncourt, husband of Margaret Ann Jenkins) Rice Lake Chronotype Sept 12, 1951 Obituary (Rice Lake, Barron County, WI) "Fred Robarge. Funeral services were held last Thursday morning from St. Joseph's Catholic church for Fred Robarge, 86, who died sudenly of a heart attack the previous Tuesday evening. Msgr. Peter F. Meyer officiated, and burial was made in St. Joseph's cemetery. Mr. Robarge was born in Canada April 8, 1875, and came to the Rice Lake area as a young man. He had worked for many years as a railroad carpenter until his retirement some 15 years ago. Survivors include two brothers, William of Chippewa Falls and Edward of Rice Lake, and a sister, Mrs. Ed Lavaliere of Cameron. Pallbearers for the services last week were Ed Lavaliere, A.G. Kelnhofer, Louis Robarge, Phil Robarge, Anton Haines and L.P. Haughian."
