JAMES S. ROGERS, Jr., stock farmer; P. O. Burlington born in Burlington,
March 10, 1849, where, from an early day, he worked on his father's
farm. In 1872, he married Annie Christie, a native of Canada; they have
three children- Henry C., Jessie and Glorianna. Mr. Rogers has been
Clerk of the Board in the Twelfth District, also Marsbal of the, Racine
Agricultural Society in 1878. Members of the Episcopal Church. He is a
Democrat.
