CHARLES GUTKNECHT, farmer, Sec. 30; P. O. Thompsonville; was born in Germany in 1840; came to Wisconsin in 1856. Married Miss Sophia Miller in 1867; she was born in America; they have five children- two sons and three daughters. Mr. Gutknecht owns 130 acres of land, all in a good state of cultivation.
