Obituary: Extracted from the Green Bay Press Gazette Thursday edition dated February 7, 1974 John Blahnik John Blahnik, 87, Rt. 1, Casco, died Wednesday morning in Algoma Hospital after a short illness. He was born Jan 12, 1887 in Lincoln and married the former Mary Linhart Nov 26, 1913. She preceded him in death May 13, 1973. Mr. Blahnik was a member of the Holy Name Society of St. Peter Catholic Church. Survivors include one son, Clarence, Green Bay; four daughters, Mrs. Gilbert (Irene) Finnendale, Sturgeon Bay; Mrs. Agnes Stade Rt. 1, Casco; Mrs. Robert (Rita) Carl, Berwyn, Ill; 25 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren. Friends may call at Wiesner-Massart Funeral Home, Casco, after 10 a.m. Friday. Rosary 8 p.m. Friday. Funeral 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Peter Catholic Church, Lincoln, the Rev Dominic Hockers officiating. Burial in church cemetary.
