Frye, Green Bay, Brown County, WI Green Bay Press-Gazette Tuesday, March 21, 2000 Marjorie L. Frye, 98, 1760 Shawano Ave., formerly of 1924 Oakhill Dr., Town of Pittsfield, died Sunday, Mar. 19, 2000 at a local nursing home. She was born Aug. 8, 1901, in Maple Grove to the late George and Alice (Courtice) Hallam. Marjorie was a member of the 7th Day Adventist Church since the 1920's. She had been an active volunteer. Majorie would often care for and assist sick neightbors and relatives often staying with them for long periods of time. Survivors include her son, Theron; five granchildren and their spouses, Dennis and Susan Frye, Des Plaines, Ill.; Joyce and David Duescher, Green Bay; Dean and Rita Frye, Denmark; Steven and Kim Frye, Green Bay; Douglas and Patty Frye, Dykesville; eight great-grand children, Rachel, Tyler, Jacob, Amanda, Ashley, Brnadon, Kristin and Travis. She is also survived by two nieces, Lois (Glenn) Collaer, Oregon, Ill.; Dorothy Steward, Seymour; two nephews, Warren (Edith) Nelson and Dewey (Evelyn) Nelson, both of Green Bay. She was preceded in death by two sisters and brothers-in-law, Esther and Oscar Rudie and Sadie and Emil Nelson. Friends may call at Blaney Funeral Home, 1521 Shawano Ave., from 4 to 8 pm Tuesday. Friends may also call at 7th Day Adventist Chruch, 1414 Shawano Ave., from 10 to 11 am Wednesday. The funeral will be at 11 am Wednesday at the church with the Rev. Delmar Austin officiating. Burial will be in Fort Howard Memorial Park.
