He was born on Dec. 28, 1905, in Kewaunee, to the late Florian and Josephine (DeGrave) Routhieaux. On June 26, 1934, Willie married the former Alice LuMaye at St. Peter Church in the Town of Lincoln. He worked in construction retiring in 1970. Willie enjoyed playing cards and bringing the beagles out rabbit hunting. Survivors include his wife of 65 years, Alice; two sons, Darrel (Vivian) Routhieaux, Anderson, S.C.; Ronald (Ann) Routhieaux, Appleton; 13 grandchildren, Alan, Edwin, Angie, Ed, Chuck, Vicki, Rick, Mary, Debbie, Diana, Kathy, Lynn and Ronald Jr.; 34 great- grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; one sister, Lucy Junio, Algoma; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by one brother, Fred and one sister Laura LeFevre. Friends may call at Proko-Wall Funeral Home, 1630 E. Mason St., from 3 to 8 pm Wednesday. Funeral Service 8 pm Wednesday at the funeral home with Msgr. Roy Klister officiating. Entombment at Shrine of Good Shepherd Mausoleum.
