WHITBECK Note: Died January 27, 1970 in Green Bay, Brown County, WI Harry C. Whitbeck, 85 605 S. Jefferson St., died in a local hospital Tuesday morning. Born Dec. 19, 1884, in Chenango, NY., Mr. Whitbeck was a railroad engineer for the Chicago & Northwestern Railroad until 1939 when he retired due to injuries. He was a painter for many years. His wife died 10 years ago. Survivors are two sons, Ed Fraker, Green Bay; Richard Whitbeck, Milwaukee one daughter, Mrs. E.W. (Ruth) Du Four, Green Bay, six grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren. At Blaney Funeral Home, 1521 Shawano Ave., after 2 P.M. Wednesday. Rosary 8:15 P.M. Wednesday. Funeral 10 A.M. Thursday, St. Willebrord Church, with the Rev. David Rondou officiating. Burial in Allouez Cemetery.
