LAWRENCE died Monday July 22nd at her home in the Town of Rusk, Burnett County. The funeral services were held Thursday at the home at 2 o'clock and at the Aaron school house at 3 o'clock, Rev. J. T. KNEEN officiating. She was born March 16th, 1848. She was a resident of Burnett County for the past 26 years. She is survived by eight children and twenty grandchildren, five brothers and two sisters. Mrs. LAWRENCE was greatly loved by all who knew her, she was a loving mother, a true friend, and a good neighbor. Her many acts of kindness extended to her neighbors during illness made her a very dear friend, who will be missed by everyone. Her death will be mourned by every person who was fortunate enough to have her acquaintance. The Advocate joins the many friends in extending condolence to the bereaved family in their great affliction.
