The cause of his death was progressive paralysis, he had been ill for six weeks. Anson Coapman was born in the town of Minden, Montgomery county, N.Y., Jan. 8th, 1833, and moved to Wisconsin in 1856, and then to the town of Pacific. He is survived by his wife, one son F.J., and a daughter, Mrs. J.A. Older. His brother J.W. Coapman resides in Portage, brother A.D. Coapman resides in Columbus and his sister Mrs. Mary E. Easton resides in Richfield Springs, N.Y.
