 The Dworak(Dvorak) Family Cemetery is located in section 30,T8N,5W in Eastman 
Township on the farm once owned by  John Dvorek in the Plum  Creek area.

 Buried on this property are Corrie and Irene;born and died Feb;7,1911 the daughters 
of George William Porter Dvorak who was the son of John Anthony and Olive Young 
Dvorak and  of wife,
Maggie May Holmes Dvorak.  They lived ona portion of his father’s farm in Plum Creek.

Also buried there are probably John  JR who died in 1887 as an infant and Coral who 
died in 1895 aged 3 years. They were the children of John Dvorak
