Charles H. Cronk, aged 67 years, one of the most prominent citizens of
Oregon died at the home of his brother's C. F. Cronk at Madison, on Sunday,
Oct. 16, 1898. He was agent for the C. & N. W. Railroad at Oregon for 36
years, where funeral services were held in the Presbyterian church on
Wednesday Oct. 19th, conducted by Rev. Puge, in charge of the Oregon lodge
No. 151 F. & A. M. who performed the burial rite of the order at the grave.
