Peter Thomsen, president of Schoep's Ice Cream Company since 1937 died in a 
Madison hospital from an apparent heart attack.
He was born in Karlum, Germany and came to America in 1911, and to Madison in 
1937.
Survivors include 4 daughters, Mrs. Theodore Snyder, Cottage Grove; Mrs. Larry 
Gates, Madison; Mrs. Donald Hansen, Napa, CA. and Mrs. Harold Koenig, 
Wheatland, IA; 4 sons, Donald, Clackamas, OR; Paul, Lester and Walter all of 
Madison; a half-brother, Ingor Fedderson, Spooner and 12 grandchildren. His 
wife, Hilda, Passed away 5/1963.
Burial was in Roselawn Cemetery.
