Obituary: Dane County, Wisconsin: Fred TRUHL ************************************************************************ Submitted by Ruth Ann Montgomery, April 2008 © All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ************************************************************************ Fred Truhl, son of Carl and Maria Truhl, was born Sept. 2, 1875 in the town of Roxburry, Dane County, Wis. and died March 16, 1910 at Brooklyn, Wis., of heart failure. In 1904 he located at Brooklyn and opened up a blacksmith shop. He was married to Miss Emmlia Peterson, Sept. 5, 1907. Only a few days previous to his death he moved on his recently purchased farm, where he intended to spend the happiest days of his life, but Providence would have it otherwise. Mr. Truhl was a devoted husband and a respected citizen. He leaves to mourn the bereaved wife, mother, two sister and five brothers. At the funeral H. J. Kohlhepp spoke in German and Ed.
