BREWER, Charles

EDGERTON Charles L. Brewer, 92, of Edgerton, passed away on
Friday, Jan. 20, 2006, at the Edgerton Hospital and Health
Services. He was born on Dec. 4, 1913, in Woodstock, IL.
Charles was united in marriage on June 28, 1941, to Marguerite
Molitor. He was a member of the United Methodist Church,
Edgerton. He was a plumber for many years in Madison until his
retirement. He enjoyed riding horses, buying and trading them.
He loved his work, and watching CNN News. He was a Medic in
the United State Army, during WWII, a member of the Union
Lodge # 32 Free and Accepted Masons of Evansville, a member of
the VFW Post 2708 of Edgerton. He is survived by his loving
wife of 64 years, Marguerite of Edgerton; a daughter,
Charmaine (Keith) Tatroe of Milton; 3 grandchildren: Debbie
(Cecil) Lewis of AR, Kevin (Elizabeth) Tatroe of Johnson Creek
and Ken (Sarah) Tatroe of Milton; 4 great-grandchildren; and 1
great-great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by a
daughter, Marguerite "Boots" Doody; his parents; and 3
brothers. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, Jan. 24,
2006, at 11:00 a.m. at the EHLERT FUNERAL HOME (ST HYW 51 S)
Edgerton, with the Rev. Tom Countryman officiating. Burial
will be in the Albion Prairie Cemetery. Friends may call on
Monday, Jan. 23, 2006, at the FUNERAL HOME from 5pm until 8pm
and on Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the services.
Full Military Rites will be held at the Cemetery by the
Edgerton Memorial Squad.
