FRED CIEBELL EDGERTON-Mrs. Fred Ciebell born Lucy Orwin, April 13, 1878 in Derbyshire, England, died Tuesday after a long illness. She came to the United States when eight years old, making her home with her uncle, the late Joseph E. Slinn. She attended Albion Academy, and was married to Fred Ciebell, March 31, 1903. She is survived by three children, Mrs. Giles Halverson, Mrs. John Hamburg, and Wesley D. Ciebell, all of Edgerton; one sister, Mrs. Fred Amos, Cottage Grove; one brother, Arthur Orwin, Madison, and eight grandchildren. She was a member of the First Congregational church, Edgerton, the Daughters of the King Society and the Monday club. Services will be held in the First Congregational church at 2 p.m. Thursday with burial in the Albion Priaire cemetery. Friends may call at the Ruben Tellefson funeral home begining Wednesday at noon and at the church after 11 a.m. Thursday.
