On July 3, 1951, Dorothy married the love of her life from the Stoughton Fair, Victor Jerome Fritz of Belleville, and together they had five children in seven years. She loved ceramics, knitting, cooking and watching and collecting hummingbirds. Dorothy will be remembered for being the most supportive fan at all of the grandchildren's basketball games, spelling bees, concerts, musicals, dance recitals and high school and college graduations. She also made the best pork roast, chili, oyster stew, cranberry bread, blond brownies and rosettes around! She and Victor loved to travel and especially enjoyed their vacations to Branson, Hawaii, and Alaska. She is survived by five children, Blake (Debra) Fritz of Stoughton, Vicky (Glenn) Osborne of Janesville, Brian (Nancy) Fritz of Hastings, Minn, Cheryl Schaapveld of Fredonia, and Mark (Jill) Fritz of Oregon. She is further survived by her dear sister, Laurel Tucker of Albion; three sisters-in-law, Katie Schneiker Marsden, Suzie Bovre Schaefer and Betty Starker Grulke; and five brothers-in-law, Dan Tucker, Marcus Bovre, Michael Brovre, Don Bovre and Don Newcomer.
