Obit is from the Wisconsin Tobacco Reporter, Edgerton, Rock
Co., Wi. 13 May 1965:
HAROLD HORAN Harold Horan, 75, Rt. 4, Edgerton, died Tuesday,
May 4, 1965, in a Janesville Hospital after a long illness. He
had retired as the chief engineer of the Campbell Soup Co. of
Chicago where he had worked for 28 years. Mr. Horan was born
in Camden, New Jersey. In 1910 he married Florence Winna in
New Jersey, and for the past 23 years had lived in Edgerton.
He was a member of the Masonic Level Lodge of Chicago.
Surviving are his wife, two sons, Thomas E. and Irving Sr.,
both of Edgerton. Three daughters, Mrs. Elizabeth Stazak and
Mrs. Florence Havlcek, both of Chicago, and Mrs. Lenora
Marsden, Edgerton 24 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
Masonic Rites by the Fulton Lodge, # 69, F. and A.M., were at
8 p.m. on Thursday. Funeral services were Friday at 2 p.m. in
the Edgerton Methodist Church, Rev/ Gerald Krause officiating.
Burial was in Albion Prairie Cemetery. The pallbearers were
Harold Stazak, Ronald Stazak, Irving Horan, Jr., James
Marsden, George Havicek Jr., and Herman Stazak, Jr.
