Married Corrine Rose RUDOLPH on 29 Jan 1948 in Chicago, Cook Co., Ill. Obit is from the Wisconsin Tobacco Reporter, Edgerton, Rock Co., Wi. Wed 25 Jan 1989: THOMAS E. HORAN, SR. Thomas Everett Horan, Sr., age 68, of 2765 oad 4 East, Mallwood, died Monday, January 23, 1989 at Memorial Community hospital. He was born September 22, 1920 in Camden, New Jersey, the son of Harold and Florence (Whinna) Horan. He married Corrine Rudolph on January 29, 1948, in Chicago. He moved to Edgerton with his parents in the 1930's and had been employed with the Highway Trailer Co. in the 1940's and with the Edgerton Shoe Factory in the 1950s and 1970s. Loved survivors include his wife, Corrine, of Edgerton; ten sons, Arnold (Carrie) and Raymond "Gabby", both of Janesville; Keith (Julie) and Kelley, both of Portage; Tracy, of Oshkosh; David, Douglas, Ronald, Corey (Carolyn) and Harold, all of Edgerton; a daughter, Elizabeth, of Texas; ten grandchildren; a brother, Irving "Bud" (Dorothy) of Edgerton; three sisters, Leonora Marsden of Edgerton, Elizabeth (Hrman) Stazak, of Chicago, and Florence Havlicek, of Geneva, Illinois. He was preceeded in death by a son, Thomas E. Horan, Jr. Visitation will be Wednesday, January 25, at the Edgerton Funeral home, 800 South Main St., from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. Funeral services will be Thursday, January 26 at 1:30 p.m. at the Edgerton Funeral Home, Reverend Jimmy Coleman of the South Side Baptist Church, Janesville, will officiate. Serving as pallbearers will be Ronald Horan, Corey Horan, Douglas Horan, Pat Marsden, DeWayne Horan, and Wally Horan. Interment will follow at Albion Prairie Cemetery.
