Co., WI. Thur. 29 Apr 1965:
CHARLES PATTISON Charles Pattison, 87, R. 1, Edgerton, died
unexpectedly at his home on Friday, April 23, 1965. He was
born March 17, 1878 in New Whittington, England; he came to
this country in 1906 and settled in this area. He was the son
of Thomas and Esther Vickers Pattison. On February 27, 1908,
he married Eliza Tubbs in Edgerton. Mr. Pattison was a retired
farmer. He was a member of the Edgerton Congregational church;
a member of Fulton Lodge #69 F. & A.M., and a past master of
the Lodge.  He was a member of Zor Temple, Madison Consistory,
and a 32nd degree Mason, and a Past Patron and member of the
Order of Eastern Star, Fulton Lodge #63. Surviving are his
wife; a son, Harry Pattison, Cambridge; a son-in-law, John
Zanzinger, Janesville, five grandchildren and one great
grandchild. He was receeded in death by two daughters, Esther
Pattison, and Elizabeth Zanzinger. Masonic rites were held
Sunday at the Tellefson-Bruni Funeral Home by Fulton Lodge #
69 F. & A.M. Funeral Services were Monday, April 26, at the
Congregational Church, Rev. David M. Boxrud officiating.
Burial was in Albion Prairie Cemetery. The pallbearers were
Arthur Severson, Russell Vickers, Clifford Vickers, Wilbur
Merkle, Lars Lund and Harold Hall.
