Dengel, Marion A. 
MADISON - Marion A. Dengel, age 93, passed away on Friday,
Dec. 22, 2006, at University Hospital, Madison. She was born
on Aug. 8, 1913, in Dodgeville, the daughter of Erl and Jennie
(Peterson) Churchill. Marion was united in marriage to Walter
Dengel on March 8, 1957, at St. John's Lutheran Church,
Madison and he preceded her in death on June 25, 1992. Mrs.
Dengel was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, the Elks,
AARP, Monona Coalition of the Aging and former member of
Nakoma Golf Club. She was employed with Wisconsin Insurance
Alliance and was Past President of Four Lakes Secretaries
Association. Marion was a caring person demonstrated by her
taking care of an aunt for numerous years who was blind and
her husband who was stricken with Parkinson's disease and
needed total care for more than years. She is survived by
cousins and friends. Besides her husband she was preceded in
death by her parents. A private memorial service will be held
at a later date. She is to be inurned at Forest Hill Cemetery,
