TAYLOR, William Robert
10 Jul 1820- 17 Mar 1909
COD was old age
Governor of Wisconsin 1874-1976.
Taylor Co., Wi is named after him.
His obit is in the Wis necrology at the Wisconsin State Historical society.
There is also a photo of him in the photograph images dept. of the Wisconsin 
State historical society
