Farrell, Elizabeth A "Betty" 

MADISON/FORT ATKINSON - Elizabeth A. Farrell, age 91,
passed away on Sunday, March 30, 2003. She was born Aug.
22, 1911, the daughter of Peter J and Theresa (Laufenberg)
Wagner. Betty was united in marriage to James "Rube"
Farrell May 4, 1946, at St. James Catholic Church,
Madison. She was a member of Our Lady Queen of Peace
Catholic Church. She worked for the Wisconsin Telephone
Company for 17 years and resigned in 1947 to raise her
family. She is survived by two daughters, Cheri Beth
(Norman) Kenney and Kristy Ann (Kneale) Nemmetz; four
grandchildren, Meaghan Anya (Matt) Voigt, Alysha Marjan
Kenney, Peter John (fiancee Amy Addison) Nemmetz and
Lindie Marie Nemmetz; a great-grandson, Maxx Norman
Kaminski; and a brother, Walter J. Wagner. She was
preceded in death by her husband, Rube; a son, Peter Jay;
three sisters, Ethel Wagner, Ann Steinmann and Marie Helen
Winston; and two brothers, Raymond Wagner and Edward
Wagner. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday,
April 3, 2003, at 10 a.m. at OUR LADY QUEEN OF PEACE
CATHOLIC CHURCH, 401 S. Owen Drive, with Monsignor Kenneth
Fiedler officiating. Burial will follow at Resurrection
Cemetery. Friends may greet the family Wednesday, April 2,
2003, from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. at CRESS FUNERAL HOME, 3610
Speedway Road, as well as Thursday from 9:30 a.m. until 10
a.m. at the church. A special thank you to the staff of
Sienna Crest in Fort Atkinson and the staff of Fort
