ATWATER, P. M. The above material was transcribed from a microfilm copy of the 'Dodge County Gazette' newspaper by Bill Porter on 12 July 2002. The names are spelled exactly as they appeared in print. The number, following some of the names, apparently refers to the number of letters being held for that person. Only punctuation was added by the transcriber, to improve legibility and aid electronic name searches. There is a typesetters artifact showing in this list; only the lowercase 's' was used when this type was set; probably had run out of uppercase 'S'es.
