FRITZ PAULE died April 20, 1874.  He was born on the Rhine at Strausburg, 
in 1809.  Came to America in 1838, and was an inmate of Capt. William 
Wilson's family for twenty-three years.  He was familiarly called "Little 
Fritz" on account of his diminutive stature.
