This file was contributed for use in the USGenWeb Archives by: Judi Morgan 26 April 1999 ==================================================================== Mrs. Margaret Morgan died Thursday, April 24, of a stroke of paralysis at the home of her son, Harry Morgan, in Spooner. Margaret Cummings was born October 29, 1833 in Toronto, Canada. She was united in marriage March 3, 1850 to Thomas Morgan at Fond du Lac. From that city they moved to Menomonie, where she resided until seven months ago when she moved to Spooner with her son, Harry Morgan. The deceased is survived by seven children as follows: William Henry, Charley, and Thomas of Washington; Mrs. Hattie Mabee of Montana; Mrs. Nettie Brehm and Fred Morgan of Lucas; and Harry Morgan of Spooner. Interment was made in the family lot in Evergreen Cemetery. --Taken from the Dunn County News, 1 May 1919
