Erich Leidiger was born March 31, 1832, in Saxony, Germany.  His wife was 
Anna Stallman, born October 3, 1833, in Hannover, Germany.  Both came to 
Eau Claire county in 1860 and settled on a farm in the town of Lincoln, 
where they lived up to 1885; when they sold the farm to their son, William 
Ernst Leidiger, who lives there today.  Both parents live at present at 
Fairchild and are still well and hearty.
