It is bounded on the north by the town of Brunswick, on the south by Buffalo county, on the east by the town of Pleasant Valley and on the west by Pepin county. In 1873 this town was set off from Brunswick under the name of Lant, which was afterwards changed to its present name of Drammen. The water supply is furnished by Rock and Hoyt's creeks and their tributaries. Its population for 1910 was 869.
