Obituary of Frank J. Kneer in Eau Claire Daily Telegram (Oct. 24, 1953)

F.J. Kneer Services to Be Held Tuesday
 Funeral services for Frank J. Kneer Sr., 75, who died Friday night at his 
home, 1510 Birch St., will be held Tuesday at 8:45 a.m. from the Golden 
Funeral Home and at 9 o'clock from Sacred Heart Church, the Rt. Rev. Msgr. 
J.W. Pittz officiating. Interment will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery.

 Friends may call Monday afternoon and evening with rosary devotions at 
8:30 p.m. Monday.

 Mr. Kneer was employed by the U.S. Rubber Co. for 16 years prior to his 
retirement in 1941.

 He is survived by his wife, Freda; four sons, Edward F., Day K., Frank H., 
and Thomas O. of Eau Claire; three brothers, John of Eau Claire, Ernest of 
St. Paul and Erwin of Plattsmouth, Neb.; two sisters, Mrs. Mary Wagner of 
Eau Claire and Mrs. Peter Schneider of Duluth and five grandchildren.
