Larson, 82, of 1500 State St. died Thursday evening at the Luther Hospital. Mrs. Larson a lifelong resident of Eau Claire, was a teacher and supervising teacher in Eau Claire County schools for many years. She served as secretary of the draft board in World War 1, and also served as secretary to the director of the Vocational School. She was a member of the Episcopal Church. Surviving are two sons, Donald I. and Albert F., both of Eau Claire, a daughter, Mrs. Gale Rablin, Minneapolis, three brothers, Arthur, Elmer and Ralph Gabus, all of Eau Claire, five great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at Stokes and Sons chapel today at 11 a.m., the Rev. Robert B. Leve officiating. Burial will be in Forest Hills cemetery. Friends may call at the chapel today until time of the services. The family requests memorials be given to the Buffington Home.
