Obituary of Guy Preston in Friday, November 2, 1956 Eau Claire Leader 
(Eau Claire, Eau Claire County, WI)

Guy Preston, 69, Dies; Rites Saturday

 Guy Preston, 69, of 419 Wisconsin St., died Thursday afternoon.

 The funeral will be held Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the Golden 
Funeral home, the Rev. Roy B. Schmeichel officiating. Burial will be in 
Lake View cemetery, where military honors will be paid the deceased by the 
Johnson-Nicoles Post, American Legion, of which he was a member.

 Friends may call at the funeral home this evening and Saturday up to time 
of services.
 Mr. Preston, a veteran of World War I, had been an employee of Jones 
Transfer.

 He is survived by two nieces living at Milwaukee.
